Platinum Breaks is the brainchild of David and Charlie Low, two UK producers at the top of their game. Their debut release saw them remix Shermanology and Mat Joe’s track ‘Burning’ on Hospital Records’ House Party compilation in 2020, while their first original composition ‘Everything’ with vocalist Eden was released on DNBAllstars back in March 2021. The latter caused quite a stir and featured two devilish remixes from none other than Bladerunner. Following these two solid outings, it was only right we welcomed the pair into the fold with an uplifting and moving single.

They’ve teamed up with heavyweight vocalist Joe Killington, an East London based singer-songwriter who’s collaborated with the likes of Armand Van Helden, Purple Disco Machine and Camo & Krooked. ‘Changes’ is a track lyrically and spiritually centred around the concept of unity, and the importance of banding together and building community after the turbulent social events of the last 12 months. The soft, warming piano chords are complemented by Joe’s powerful and expressive vocals which provide a soaring, emotive quality to the song.
